Summary

Over the last while I have noticed that I have been in a rush even when I didn't need to be. And when I look back, I've been doing this for a long time. Sometimes speed is the most important. But there are certainly impacts from rushing, either through something or from one thing to another. And those impacts may mean that rushing is not the best approach.
